Our children started piano lessons with Miss Carrie more than two years ago.  Not only has it been an enriching experience musically, but also in the full educational sense.  Miss Carrie cares deeply for all her students.  Beyond focusing on the elements of music training, she nurtures the kids while constructively encouraging them to stretch themselves.  She is highly observant, uses a number of tools to teach, motivate, coach and model behavior.  It’s been a pleasure to see the kids grow through the experience – including the lows, as well as the highs.  They’re learning discipline and perseverance, as well as enjoying the music for itself.
